After you make a purchase at Drive Smart Georgia, we will send you a Pandadoc document, which serves as your contract.

You will receive an email notification of a sent document.

1. Click on “Open the document” in the email

2. Fill out all fields

3. Click “finalize” to complete the document

4. You can then download a PDF version upon completion

Per Georgia DDS auditing guidelines and state requirements, Drive Smart Georgia must have a signed contract on file for every student who takes Driver's Ed or driving lessons from us.
