Aceable is responsible for processing and sending your certificate of completion via email (to the email address you used to set up your profile).

In order to promptly receive your certificate of completion from Aceable, be sure to update your email address when you login to your Aceable account.

If your email address is correct and you still have not received the certification of completion, please check your spam or junk folder for any emails from Aceable. The subject line of the email will read, "GA. DE certificate of completion attached."

You can also check the records folder on the main page after logging in to see if it is either posted or still processing.
