To cancel your driving lesson or road test at the last minute, please login to Drive Scout here to cancel the session.

We do not accept last-minute driving lesson or road test cancelations via voicemail, phone, or email.

If you are unable to join a Zoom class, or a teacher or instructor didn’t show up for a scheduled class, driving lesson or road test, please send a priority email to [email protected] for the quickest response.

Because Atlanta traffic is unpredictable and often causes unexpected delays, please wait 15 minutes before sending us your email.
