Absolutely. Drive Smart Georgia and our instructors are certified by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). Therefore, we must abide by its strict rules and regulations.

We work in careful collaboration with the DDS, especially as a certified 3rd party testing site.

The DDS audits our operations and inspects our entire fleet regularly. Because of this, parents can rest assured that our vehicles are 100% safe and certified for in-car driving lessons and road tests.

In addition, all of our instructors go through an extremely rigorous training program of at least 40 hours with one of our seasoned instructors or examiners. Plus, they must pass a written test, a drug screen and a background check.
