If you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, a $49 fee will be added to your account. Your account will then be locked until the cancellation fee is paid.

If you canceled the road test (or Tune-up) with less than 24-hour notice online, please pay the cancellation fee directly in Drive Scout and then call our office at 770-232-0903 to reschedule.

Lesson fees are paid directly to our instructors, who reserve this time specifically for our students. When a lesson is canceled without 24 hours notice, that time is lost and cannot easily be rebooked with another student. For this reason, we’re unable to waive these fees, as it compensates the instructor for their scheduled time and preparation.
