To change your driving lesson appointment time, login to your Drive Scout account here, and cancel your existing appointment.

Once your existing appointment is canceled, you'll be able to reschedule a new time online within Drive Scout.

We do not accept driving lesson cancellations via voicemail, phone or email.

If you cancel a driving lesson less than 24 hours from the scheduled date/time, a $100 fee will be added to your account. Your account will then be locked until the cancellation fee is paid by phone.

If a student is is sick, please cancel the driving lesson directly in Drive Scout. Next, send us an email at [email protected] (include your student's full name and driving school location) or call our office at (770) 232-0903 to reschedule.
