Login to Drive Scout to change a scheduled driving lesson.
To change your driving lesson appointment time, login to your Drive Scout account here, and cancel your existing appointment.
Once your existing appointment is canceled, you'll be able to reschedule a new time online within Drive Scout.
We do not accept driving lesson cancellations via voicemail, phone, or email.
If you cancel a driving lesson less than 24 hours from the scheduled date/time, a $49 fee will be added to your account. Your account will then be locked until the cancellation fee is paid.
Please login to Drive Scout to pay the cancellation fee to have your account reactivated for online scheduling. Our office staff receives an email upon payment and will then reactivate your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Once processed, you will then be able to reschedule your driving lesson on Drive Scout.
Lesson fees are paid directly to our instructors, who reserve this time specifically for our students. When a lesson is canceled without 24 hours notice, that time is lost and cannot easily be rebooked with another student. For this reason, we’re unable to waive these fees, as it compensates the instructor for their scheduled time and preparation.
