If my teen completed the 30-hour program (class or online) and has had their permit for one year, do we need to finish the driving lessons to get their license?

No, you don't have to complete all driving lessons.

If you’re in a time crunch situation, your teen can actually get a driver’s license without completing their driving lessons.

Governor Kemp’s recent order states that a teen can test for a driver’s license at the DDS if they completed the 30-hour program, have an affidavit signed by a parent that states the teen has completed 40 hours of supervised driving, and has had their learner’s permit for at least one year and one day.
