If you miss a scheduled driving lesson and did not contact us, a $100 fee will be added to your account. Your account will then be locked until the cancelation fee is paid.
Please login to Drive Scout to pay the cancelation fee to have your account reactivated for online scheduling. Our office staff receives an email upon payment and will then reactivate your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Once processed, you will then be able to reschedule your driving lesson on Drive Scout.
If a student is sick, please cancel the driving lesson directly in Drive Scout. Next, send us an email at [email protected] (include your student's full name and driving school location) or call our office at (770) 232-0903 to reschedule.
