What happens if I need to change our in-car driving lesson appointment?

To change your driving lesson appointment time, login to your Drive Scout account here, and cancel your existing appointment.

Once your existing appointment is canceled, you'll be able to reschedule a new time online within Drive Scout.

We do not accept driving lesson cancelations via voicemail, phone, or email.

If you cancel a driving lesson less than 24 hours from the scheduled date/time, a $100 fee will be added to your account. Your account will then be locked until the cancellation fee is paid.

Please login to Drive Scout to pay the cancelation fee to have your account reactivated for online scheduling. Our office staff receives an email upon payment and will then reactivate your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Once processed, you will then be able to reschedule your driving lesson on Drive Scout.

If a student is sick, please cancel the driving lesson directly in Drive Scout. Next, send us an email at [email protected] (include your student's full name and driving school location) or call our office at (770) 232-0903 to reschedule.
